Oregano: Oregano is an aromatic herb. It is available as fresh leaves or dried. It is used for seasoning various dishes. Fresh oregano leaves should be stored in freezer bags in refrigerator. Dried leaves can be stored for a long time. For using chop the leaves removing the stems.
Okra: Select bright green, firm okra without blemishes. To use with a knife trim the stems and the tips from the okra and then cut across into thin slices. To speed slicing bunch several okras together.
