Nutmeg powder: Nutmeg is the seed of an evergreen tree grown mostly in India, Sri Lanka and West Indies. It is oval shaped with a dusty brown hard exterior. The outer shell is to be broken gently and the inside is to be grated and used in small quantity. It is available as whole seed or in powdered form. It has a very rich aroma and is used as flavoring agent for various Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Middle Eastern dishes like Kebabs, biryani, curries, pulao, sweets, puddings etc.


Nigella : Nigella (Kalonji / Kala jeera) is also known as onion seed has nothing to do with onions. These are the small black dried seeds of a herb grown in India, Middle East and Southern European countries. It is jet black in color. Available sold in whole. These seeds are used in bread, nan, pulses and curries.

Noodles: There are different type of noodles available in the market. For e.g. egg noodles, rice noodles, chuka soba (Japanese style noodles). Choose the one you like. Most of our recipes use the Chuka Soba type.
