Stuffed Chicken Drumstick

Ingredients

- 8  Chicken Drumstick
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger
-  to taste Salt
- 1 cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 4 chopped Green Chili
- 1 tbsp, finely chopped Cilantro
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 cup Cashew nut
- 1/2 cup, for coating Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 1/2 cup, for coating Cream
- 2 tbsp, for coating Corn Flour

Instructions

1. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with pepper, ginger and garlic paste.

2. Make the filling by mixing all the ingredients from the paneer to cashew nuts.

3. Make an incision along the bottom of each drumstick, creating a flap of sort to accommodate the filling. Be careful not to overstuff.

4. Now make a fairly thick mixture for the coating.

5. Coat each drumstick with the coating.

6. Roast in oven, remembering to turn till golden brown.

7. Serve hot with mint chutney.
