Peel Roasted Green Chilies > Grill chilies til blackened and blistered, then seal in paper bag for 30 minutes. Under running water, split chili lengthwise and wash out seeds and veins. Wear rubber gloves for hot chilies! (Submitted by Pizzaz Yahoo on 11/25/2002 )
