Ingredients

- 12 Large size Prawn
- 2 Inch piece Ginger
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Pods Garlic
- 0.5 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Tsp or to taste Salt
- 2  Egg
-  As reqd. Bread crumb

Instructions

1. Take jumbo prawns without head. Wash and remove shell ( leave the tail ). Devein.

2. Grind onion, ginger and garlic adding little water.

3. Marinate the prawn with the juice of onion, ginger and garlic. Add vinegar, red chili powder, salt. Keep aside for thirty minutes.

4. Separate white of the eggs and beat well.

5. Dip prawns one by one in the white of the egg and roll in bread crumb.

6. Heat oil very hot. Add one by one the prawns and deep fry. Reduce heat and fry till light brown.

7. Serve hot.
