1. Heat oil in a wok. Fry the cumin seeds and fennel seeds for 2 min.
2. Add onions, garlic and ginger and cook for 7 min. Add the curry paste. Cook for 2-3 min. Add chicken. Fry for 5-8 min.
3. Add the tomatoes, garam masala powder and chopped cilantro. Cook for another 5-10 min until chicken is tender. Enjoy It
