Ingredients

- 500 grams Meat (lamb or goat)
- 0.5 inch Ginger
- 6 Cloves Garlic
- 5  Red Chili Powder
- 0.5 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 Large Onion
- 0.5 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 3  Cardamom
- 1 inch piece Cinnamon
- 6  Cloves
-  To taste Salt
- 0.5 Cup Yogurt
-  As reqd. Butter
Conversion Chart

Instructions

1. Cut the meat into small cubes.

2. Grind all the ingredients from ginger to yogurt and marinate the meat in the mixture for about an hour.

3. Stick the meat onto skewers and grill on charcoal fired grill basting with butter and turning till done. This can also be done in a conventional oven.

4. Serve hot garnished with sliced onions.
