Soybean Pakora

Ingredients

- 100 gms, can also use Nutrela Soybean
- 2 small, chopped Onion
- 5  Green Chili
-  to taste Salt
-  as reqd for frying Cooking Oil
- 1/2 cup Corn Flour
- 2 beaten Egg
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 4  Red Chili pepper (dried)
- 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

1. Take soybean chunks rinse into hot water for 5 mins. Grate it into keema. Or you can use the Nutrela Keema which is available in any Asian Grocery stores.

2. Grind dry roasted spices. Mix chopped onion, green chili, salt and ground spices with soybean keema.

3. Add little water and corn flour to make keema balls. Mix eggs with corn flour and salt to make a fine batter.

4. Dip the keema balls in the batter. Take oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls. Serve hot with tomato and chili sauce.
