Ingredients

- 2 cups, (or ikan billis) Dried Anchovies
- 10 pc, (adjust to taste) Green Chili
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Conversion Chart

Instructions

1. Wash and pat dry the little fish and put aside.

2. Cut the green chilies into round or oblong shape.

3. Heat oil in a thick kadai or a non stick pan.

4. When real hot add in the chilies and the anchovies together.

5. Reduce the flame and keep stirring low flame till the fish turns light brown and crisp.
