1. Take chicken breast piece. Remove bone and cut into one inch size pieces. Marinate with egg, one cup corn flour, salt, red chili powder and ajinomoto for 30 minutes.
2. Deep fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.
3. Heat oil. Add ginger and garlic and cook for a minute. Add bell peppers and spring onion. Cook for a minute. Add the fried chicken pieces.
4. Add chicken stock, salt, red chili flakes and ajinomoto and cook for a few minutes. Add vinegar and red wine. Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
