Ingredients

- 1 lb (breast piece without bone) Chicken
- 1 red (cut into bite size pieces) Bell Pepper
- 1 green (cut into bite size pieces) Bell Pepper
- 1 tsp (finely chopped) Ginger
- 1 tsp (finely chopped) Garlic
- 1/2 cup (chopped) Spring Onion (Scallions)
- 4 whole (remove seeds and chop finely) Whole Red Chili
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Red Wine
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 2  Egg
- 1 cup Corn Flour
- 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
-  to taste Salt
-  a pinch Ajinomoto
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder

Instructions

1. Take chicken breast piece. Remove bone and cut into one inch size pieces. Marinate with egg, one cup corn flour, salt, red chili powder and ajinomoto for 30 minutes.

2. Deep fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.

3. Heat oil. Add ginger and garlic and cook for a minute. Add bell peppers and spring onion. Cook for a minute. Add the fried chicken pieces.

4. Add chicken stock, salt, red chili flakes and ajinomoto and cook for a few minutes. Add vinegar and red wine. Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
