Hot and Spicy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb, small boneless breast pcs Chicken
- 1 tbsp, chopped Garlic
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1.5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
-  to taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp (optional) Ajinomoto
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp, cut into small pcs Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp, finely chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp, finely chopped Spring Onion (Scallions)
- 1 (for marinade) Egg
- 1/2 tsp, (for marinade) Ajinomoto
- 3/4 tsp, (for marinade) Salt
- 1 tbsp (for marinade) Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp (for marinade) Cooking Oil

Instructions

1. Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients (for marinade), and keep aside for 30 min.

2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a wok and stir fry the chicken for 10 min in medium heat. Drain and keep aside.

3. In the same oil add garlic and red chili powder. Fry for 3 minutes and add tomato sauce.

4. Add bell pepper, onion and spring onion. Stir fry for 3 minutes in high heat.

5. Add fried chicken. Stir-fry and add salt ajinomoto, sugar and chicken stock.

6. Mix the corn flour in 1/4 cup water and add to chicken slowly, stirring continuously to thicken the sauce.

7. Finish with the vinegar. Serve with fried rice or noodles.
