1. Cut, wash and boil the spinach leaves.
2. Boil the chicken and shred it.
3. In a non sticking pan add 1 table- spoon of butter.
4. Take cold milk in a cup and add Maida too it, mix well.
5. Then add this mixture to the pan, sprinkle salt, pepper and keep stir-ring so that no lumps are formed.
6. After stirring for sometime remove the pan and set it aside. Our white sauce is ready now.
7. In a bowl add mashed spinach, chicken, corn, salt, pepper and add the white sauce. Mix the ingredients well.
8. Preheat your oven at 200 C. Take a baking dish, pour the mixture in it and cover it with cheese slices.
9. Bake it in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot with garlic bread.
