Spicy Dry Chicken

Instructions
|
|
1. Cut the chicken in normal size pieces. Mix together all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for 30 mins.
2. Pour the cooking oil into a pan and when hot add the marinated mixture (including the chicken) into the pan.
3. Fry covered till the chicken is tender and the mixture has dried up to stick as masala to the chicken pieces.
4. Garnish with a dash of lime juice.
