Seekh kabob

Minced meat kabobs flavored with spices.

Ingredients

- 500 gm Minced Meat
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp chopped Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- to taste  Salt

Instructions

1. Squeeze mutton mince in a dry cloth to remove excess water.

2. Mix all the above ingredients except oil. Kneed well

3. Divide into 8 equal portions and make balls.

4. Spread the minced balls on to the skewers, using a wet hand. Press evenly to get kabobs of six inches length.

5. Roast in a pre-heated oven (175 c) for 15 minutes.

6. Baste with oil and again roast for 2 minutes.

7. Note: for seekh kabobs, use mince meat which has been passed through a mixer twice.
