Alu Bhaja Ghee Bhaat

This menu is specially for people who do not have time to cook. Cook Basmati Rice. Take a tbl spoon of Ghee (or Butter), green chilli, and salt. Take a plate of rice and mix all of them properly. Eat the ghee rice along with the fried potato.
 
Ghee Bhatt : Bengali Rice Pilaf. Rice never tasted so better.

Alu Jhuri Bhaja : Finely chopped crispy fried potato. Eat it just like that or as a side dish with Lentil & Rice
