| -1 medium Chicken | | | -4 pods Garlic | | | -2 Inch piece Ginger | | | -1 tsp or to taste Salt | | | -0.25 tsp Cumin Seed Powder | | | -0.25 tsp Coriander Seeds | | | -0.5 tsp Garam Masala Powder | | | -0.5 tsp Red Chili Powder | | | -0.5 cup
cup (maida) All Purpose Flour | | | -1 Cup Cooking Oil | |

Instructions:

| 1. Clean and cut chicken into 8 medium sized pieces. | | | 2. Grind the ginger, garlic, cumin powder, coriander seeds, garam masala and red chili powder to a fine paste. | | | 3. Apply this paste along with the salt to the chicken and allow to marinate for about 30 minutes. Roll each marinated pieces in flour to get an even coating. | | | 4. Heat oil, add the chicken and fry on high heat for about a minute, flipping the pieces a few times. Reduce heat, cover and deep fry on a slow fire, turning occasionally until delicate brown and tender. | | | 5. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or French fries. | |
