Ingredients List:

| -500 gm Minced Meat | | | -1 tsp Ginger | | | -1 tsp chopped Green Chili | | | -1 tbsp Cilantro | | | -1 tsp Garam Masala Powder | | | -1 tbsp Cooking Oil | | | -to taste Salt | |

Instructions:

| 1. Squeeze mutton mince in a dry cloth to remove excess water. | | | 2. Mix all the above ingredients except oil. Kneed well | | | 3. Divide into 8 equal portions and make balls. | | | 4. Spread the minced balls on to the skewers, using a wet hand. Press evenly to get kabobs of six inches length. | | | 5. Roast in a pre-heated oven (175 c) for 15 minutes. | | | 6. Baste with oil and again roast for 2 minutes. | | | 7. Note: for seekh kabobs, use mince meat which has been passed through a mixer twice. | |
