Happy Holi! The festival of colors.

Past 2 months had been exciting with lots of Cricket action. It was disappointing to see the way India lost against Australia, but still cheers to them to make it to Finals. Maybe next time they win the World cup.

Also lets hope the Iraq war finishes soon with less causality and three cheers to US troop.

Body Wastage and weight relief:  Delicious, yet very effective remedy. A guava shake made with milk and come water clears accumulated waste mater in body and clears constipation. Best taken before going to bed. Submitted By: Shukla Dutta

Store Cilantro longer:  Wash and leave the cilantro to dry on newspaper. Then snip it with kitchen shears and store in the freezer in a zip lock bag lined with paper towels. Ready to use for gravies but not good for garnishing. Will keep for weeks. Submitted By: Jereena Hussain

Sour Curd :  If Curd is sour (while making Lassi, curd rice, or any curd item) put half cup milk in the curd then sourness will be reduced Submitted By: STUTI bose

Crispy onion pakoras :  When you are making onion pakoras add ½ onion paste. Grind with green chilies, ginger, salt & garlic to the besan and rice flour (1½). Add very little baking soda, turmeric to the pakora batter. See the result; you will get yummy crispy pakoras!! Submitted By: vimala mudigonda
