Crispy Dosa > Soak 1cup-urad dal, 3cups-raw rice 1tsp-methi seeds, 1tsp-rice flakes (poha) in different bowls. Grind them separately (adding with 2"ginger), mix well with 1˝tbsp oil, ˝tsp-baking soda to the batter. You can prepare so thin and crispy with this batter. Fill with masala potato curry.
